Craft Your Own Gin

Led by our team of experts, this immersive gin-making experience allows you to craft a truly distinct spirit unique to your tastes and preferences and make memories that will last forever (and a gin that probably won’t)!
Details: The ultimate bucket list experience: Gather a group of co-workers, close friends, or family members and distill your own handcrafted gin at Latitude 55 Distillery! Led by our team of experts, this immersive gin-making experience allows you to craft a truly distinct spirit unique to your tastes and preferences and make memories that will last forever (and a gin that probably won’t)!
- Handpick your favourite flavours from our curated selection of botanicals (changing seasonally).
- Participate in the distilling process -- watch your gin go from concept to reality.
- Gain insight into the distillation process and the intricate artistry of creating premium spirits.
- Enjoy the opportunity to taste your gin as it comes off the still and after the distillation is complete.
- Receive 24 custom bottles of your very own top-quality gin (to be received a few days later).
Investment: $1,000 for the group (not including tax or gratuity), which includes 24 x 750ml bottles. There is no limit to group numbers. The experience takes 2-3 hours.
Booking: Booking must be made 1-2 weeks prior to the experience. Down payment is required. Must be 18+ to participate.

Taste & Tour at Latitude 55 Distillery
Details: Learn the art of proper spirit tasting as you sample a premium spirit flight (whisky, rum, gin, tequila, or more) of your choosing then learn about the craft and history that goes into our favourite spirits as our team of experts guide you through a behind-the-scenes tour of our distillery in The Old Firehall in the heart of Grande Prairie.
Investment: $35 per person (not including tax or gratuity). Must be 18+ to participate.
Booking: Booking must be made 1-2 weeks prior to the taste & tour. To ensure an intimate and immersive experience, a minimum of 6 people are required.

Lounge Bookings
Seeking a unique location to host your next event? At Latitude 55, we strive to provide a unique and unforgettable experience for all our guests. Whether you are attending a public event or planning a private event of your own, we have the perfect space to accommodate your needs. From intimate gatherings to medium-scale celebrations, our venue offers a versatile setting that can be tailored to your preferences. Our venue is perfect for 30-60 people, and we can host up to 100 people in the summer with the use of our patio.
Centrally located in Grande Prairie, our venue features an adaptable space, modern amenities, free parking, a full-service bar, and a tapas-style food menu. (Third-party catering options available.)
Our dedicated Event Coordinator and Crew ensure a seamless planning process. Whether it's a surprise birthday, team-building event, or any other milestone, our venue provides the perfect blend of convenience and comfort for a memorable experience. Latitude 55 is a full-service bar offering a tapas-style menu for food options and provides full staffing for your event.

Semi-private Lounge Rental: $400 (not including tax) rental fee to book the Latitude 55 lounge for a semi-private function, which is recommended for any party size over 30 people. Payment of the booking fee guarantees you the date/time requested and we reserve the main lounge for you and your guests. No minimum spend.
Private Lounge Rental: $500 (not including tax) rental fee to book the Latitude 55 lounge for a private function, which is recommended for any party size over 50 people. Payment of the booking fee guarantees you the date/time requested and we close to the public for the entire evening. In addition to your booking fee, we have a minimum food and beverage spend, which is based on the day of the week your event is booked.
